TF Polymers 

Polymers are currently exempted from REACH registration. However, Article 138(2) of REACH provides for a review of the ‘risks posed’ by polymers, with a view to identifying those that evoke concern equivalent to that for other substances. The Polymers Task Force was created to participate in the discussions for future amendments to the legal text/annex in order to get exemptions for polymer groups based on sound scientific principles. More information is available from the 'FEICA Issue One-Pagers'.
